France: No Iraq Resolution Yet
France's U.N. ambassador put a damper on prospects for a new U.N. resolution on Iraq, saying Monday he didn't think the five permanent Security Council members were close to an agreement on the next moves toward Saddam Hussein's government.Nor will there be, I'd guess.
