ABC News to lay off dozens, merge ''Good Morning America'' and ''GMA3''
 [NYPOST] ABC News staffers began packing up their desks Wednesday amid layoffs as the embattled network restructured its programming that include merging ''20/20'' and ''Nightline,'' and consolidating its ''Good Morning America'' productions, The Post has learned.And the collective IQ rises 3 points... Parent company Disney reportedly planned to lay off around 200 people from its ABC News Group division as well as its Disney Entertainment Networks unit — a move that constitutes cutting some 6% of the combined staff of the two units.
