STC accuses unnamed groups of deception, potentially alluding to Islah and GPC parties — Hodhod Yemen News Agency
[HODHODYEMENNEWS.NET] The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) claimed on Monday that a major deception has had a negative impact on residents of the southern provinces which are under the control of the Saudi-led coalition.STC Presidency member Fadl al-Jaadi stated: ''We are fully aware of the political deception and cunning schemes being employed against our people's free will through various means — political, military, and service-related.'' This remark appeared to reference the STC's controversial alliance with the so-called ''7/7 gang'' from the Islah and General People's Congress parties, which are aligned with the Saudi-led coalition. Al-Jaadi further stated in a post on X: ''These agendas aim to exhaust citizens and politically demoralize them, with the goal of diverting the Southern Cause from its path and stripping it of its essence.'' Al-Jaadi emphasized that the STC and the people of the south will not allow these ''parasitic elements'' to thwart their aspirations or push them backward.
