Speaker Denny Hastert expects a net gain of two or three seats in the House... Dems must be taking the gas pipe by now... Sonny Perdue (R) defeats Georgia governor Roy Barnes. He's the first Publican governor of Georgia in a hundred years... Tim Johnson (D) still up on Thune (R) in South Dakota but only by a point, with heavily Publican precinct results from the western part of the state still to come in. Davis and Simon tied in California, with a quarter of the vote in. Where there's life, there's hope... 1 a.m. Still waiting for Missouri, South Dakota, and Minnesota. I'm going to bed...
