Syria’s Sharaa to address UN General Assembly next month, first Syrian leader to do so since 1967
[IsraelTimes] Syria’s interim president, Ahmed al-Sharaa, will speak at the United Nations...the Oyster Bay money pit... General Assembly next month, a Syrian foreign ministry official tells AFP. Sharaa "will take part in the United Nations General Assembly in New York where he will deliver a speech," the official says, requesting anonymity as they were not authorized to brief the media.
