Two Palestinian gunnies iced in attack
Two Palestinian gunmen killed two Israelis when they blasted a restaurant just outside the southern army headquarters in Beersheva, before being gunned down themselves by Israeli security forces. The two Palestinians pulled up in a car in front of the restaurant, a hang-out for both soldiers and civilians. One of the dead gunmen was found to have a belt of explosives strapped to his body. Two Israelis, one of them a woman, were killed, although it was not immediately known if they were soldiers. Five other Israelis were seriously injured in the attack.
