When she fled Vietnam almost 25 years ago, Kathy T. Nguyen must have figured she'd left terror and uncertainty behind. Yesterday, this 61-year-old woman who lived alone in the Bronx and worked in the supply room of a Manhattan hospital, died of inhalation anthrax.
