| Hezbollah restarts Shebaa Farms festivities |

| After a lull of nearly two weeks, Hezbollah guerrillas on Friday attacked Israeli positions in a disputed enclave on Lebanon's southern border, triggering Israeli retaliation. The guerrillas fired rockets and machine guns at Israeli hilltop posts in the Shebaa Farms area, Lebanese security officials said. Israeli artillery gunners shelled suspected guerrilla hide-outs on the outskirts of the villages of Kfar Chouba and Halta, about 1.2 miles from Shebaa Farms. In a statement issued in Beirut, Hezbollah said its guerrillas scored "direct hits" in the afternoon attack. They don't think IDF is going to whack back this time. They're starting to look like the Mean Widdle Kid who comes up and kicks you in the leg, knowing you can't warm his butt like he deserves... |
