| Baghdad, August 13 President Saddam Hussein on Tuesday chaired the 36th Cabinet meeting [of the year]. The meeting discussed issues on its agenda and adopted necessary recommendations and decisions. The Cabinet discussed the results a Committee headed by Vice-President Taha Yassen Ramadan to reach to put a plan to develop the centers of Iraqi provinces in a way that secures basic services.
