| Somebody — the shooter? someone who knows him? — left a message for the coppers at the Ponderosa Steak House in last night's shooting. Chief Moose says to call him... No further info... Victim's still in critical condition. His spleen and parts of his pancreas and stomach had to be removed. The bullet seems to still be in there. He and his wife were just passing through, stopped for gas and chow... In case you haven't heard by now, the shell casing found in the truck a couple days ago was a bust — 7.62mm, not a .223. |
