| The Lashkar-e-Tayyeba (LeT) carried out Sunday evening's terrorist attacks as part of a "deliberate design" to create a communal divide in Jammu and Kashmir, Deputy Prime Minister L.K. Advani told the Lok Sabha on Monday. In the state assembly in Jammu, the National Conference (NC) accused Mufti Mohammad Sayeed's PDP-Congress government of insincerity in fighting terror. The treasury benches responded saying they had inherited militancy from the NC regime. It was revealed on Monday morning that the "terrorist" police killed at the Rupiyowala shrine in the wee hours had actually been an area by-stander caught in the crossfire. What the hell?
