| The Iraqi city of Mosul was heavily bombarded on Sunday morning, the al-Jazeera TV network announced today. The city was repeatedly hit by the US war planes during the early hours of Sunday, it added. The situation of the city is almost normal and the people have resumed their ordinary activities, an al-Jazeera reporter said. |
