Crown Prince to Visit Pakistan
2003-10-12
Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, deputy premier and commander of the National Guard, is due to visit Pakistan next week for talks with leaders on a wide range of issues including the Middle East crisis, officials said Saturday. During the October 18-19 visit the Crown Prince will meet President Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Zafarullah Jamali. Talks between the two sides will focus on the "current situation in South Asia and recent developments in (the) Middle East, the Gulf region and Afghanistan, in addition to measures to reinforce Pakistan’s bilateral relations with Saudi Arabia in all fields," the statement said.
Y'see, they're not afraid of any Israeli attack because they've rented the Pak army to defend them.

#4  Anyone have the sense that the Crown Prince of Wahabiland is there to see if he can ratchet down what support the Paks have been providing to the US?

#2  What about Pak military loyalties? What's the deal with them? Some Pak military personnel in Saudi that have hidden loyalties to the nutcases Jihadis as sleepers could be a possibility. Infiltrate from within. Anybody got an opinion?

#1  hmmm - since the Israelis and Indians are bonding so nicely, perhaps joint operations to erase two enemies? Something for the turbans at both targets regions to think about
