| #3 I think Rummy did a good job leaking his own memo. Now he has four subordinates who are so focused on their own loyalty they will pretty much agree to whatever Rummy tells them. One cat, four pigeons. |

| #2 Anyone who has ever been in business, run and organization, been part of a group (even a media company, newspaper, television station, etc.)or a political party knows that this memo is SOP for CEO types to think out-loud and bring some of their thoughts (streams of consciousness) to the second tier managers. But not a politician or anyone with an axe to grind - like Kerry and his band of elves or that idiot from South Dakota that makes me wonder about too much inbreeding up there. |
