Spaceship One soars to 200,000 feet
2004-05-14

Where else could a private company make a plane that can fly almost 40 miles (soon to be 62 miles) high, bring the pilot back safely and do it again a few days later? Rutan is a remarkable man. More on his Spaceship One project at his website www.scaled.com. Can you imagine turbans in space or even euros in space?
