| #3 There are some old pipelines to Jordan and Israel, in severe disrepair. Right now the country has the pipelines it needs for what it's producing. If you can't ship it or refine it, it gets pumped back into the ground and that's what has been happening. The southern fields are threatened with water infiltration, as well. |
