Dagestan has offered a reward of $50,000 for information about a gang involved in murdering local policemen. "The matter involves a unit of guerillas who fought with federal forces in Chechnya. This unit entered Dagestan at the instruction of warlords Shamil Basayev and Rappani Khalilov.
