Scott Peterson Guilty!
2004-11-12
REDWOOD CITY, Calif. (AP) - Scott Peterson was convicted Friday of murdering his pregnant wife and dumping her body in San Francisco Bay in what prosecutors in the made-for-cable-TV case portrayed as a cold-blooded attempt to escape marriage and fatherhood for the bachelor life.
We now resume our regularly scheduled lives.

#7  Special circumstances most definitely apply. This maggot is guilty as sin. One needle to find him, one needle to bind him, in the land of Mordor where the shadows lie.

#6  Going to be tons of appeals on this one. Jury irregularities, problems with admisson of exculpatory evidence, etc.

Probably Prosecution will probably plea down for Life sentence if he agrees to admit guilt (and avoid the appeals).

#3  It is most evil to murder your wife who was carring your son.

Well... now he'll be playing cards with Yasser in the firery regions...after the standard 20 years of appeals are completed.
