| #2 Well, if they can handle the unprivatization of their oil industry in the right manner, they can probably temporarily realize higher income. Remember, a lot of their income comes from oil exports, and the price has been a lot higher over the past year. And they'll always be able to find more suckers even after using up one set by renationalizing already sold oil and gas leases. |
