| #3 ..The way I understood the article, a delegation is going to India to pitch the PAC, not close the deal. On the other hand, it's a good opportunity to send a message - "If you know - or suspect you know - where OBL is, tell us NOW, or we give the Indians the ability to make you wish you had." Mike |
