Pyongyang, March 29 (KCNA) -- Technicians and workers of the Hamhung Building Machine Plant in South Hamgyong Province, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, have manufactured a new vibrating tamper suitable for the actual conditions of the country with the help of the April 15 Technical Innovation Shock Brigade dispatched there.
