| U.S. uses immigration law to fight terror |

| #3 It would be nice if the U.S. used immigration law to fight illegal immigration.... When the Border Patrol was folded into Homeland Security and a new agency (Customs and Border Patrol), the Customs-mentality became dominant. Hence immigration laws are use more to fight terrorism than curb illegal immigration. |
