| Hugo and his buddy Fidel are looking to start a Latino Al Jazeera. I found this buried in one of the usual pieces about Hugo buying friends down south. Suspect translation provided by me: "It is my opinion that Chavez isn't looking for commercial trade; he is looking for political trade," added Fraga, and he cited as an example the project of a regional television network, Telesur.
