#4 5 million? They make that in about 5 seconds. What will happen to New Orleans? I have been there and I learned that the only reason why they kept the lowland areas protected from flooding, was the fact that thousands settled there before city planning began. It is likely that they will give up those areas and shore up downtown/French Quarter etc. Residential building construction will probably follow on Chicago's highrise model. |
