3 injured in Chechnya blasts |

A series of explosions in Chechnya have left three people wounded, local law enforcement officials said Tuesday. The first explosion occurred on a road in the southeast of the troubled North Caucasus region, wounding a military serviceman from a reconnaissance group. Two other explosions occurred in the Gudermes district, about 20 miles east of the regional capital, Grozny. The first blast, at a railway bridge, wounded a policeman, while the second injured a local female resident. |
