| The Tuesday terror attack in Nazran which resulted in the death of Ingush deputy Interior Minister Dzhabrail Kostoyev could have been the work of militant leader Shamil Basayev, Ingush Interior Minister Beslan Khamkhoyev told Interfax. "We are working on this theory, it has not been discarded," he said. Law enforcement bodies are actively searching for those involved in the preparation of the terrorist attack, he said. |
