Quake strikes near Tonga |

A strong earthquake with an estimated magnitude of 6.1 struck on Friday near the Pacific islands of Tonga, the United States Government says. The US Geological Survey says the epicentre of the quake was located 363 kilometres west of the island nation's capital Nuku'alofa. No reports of casualties or damage were immediately available. |
