| Westboro Baptist to picket the funerals of both Tucker and Menchaca |

| REDMOND, Ore. - A community memorial service for Pfc. Thomas Tucker of Madras, one of two soldiers brutally murdered in Iraq, will be held in Redmond on Saturday, July 1. Tucker, along with Pfc. Kristian Menchaca of Texas, disappeared last Friday after a firefight with insurgents at a canal crossing checkpoint in Iraq. Troops stationed a short distance away heard an explosion and small arms fire. When they arrived, they found one soldier dead and Tucker and Menchaca missing. The soldiers' bodies, which showed signs of torture, were found three days later, booby-trapped near an electrical plant just three miles from where they had been captured. The U.S. military has launched an investigation to determine why their vehicle was the only one outside a fortified Army camp. As for the memorial service, it is scheduled to be held Saturday, July 1 at the following location: Deschutes County Fairgrounds Expo Center 3800 S.W. Airport Way Redmond, Oregon The memorial service at the Expo Center will be open to the public. A private internment, which is not open to the public, will follow at the Mt. Jefferson Memorial Park Cemetery in Madras. A small group of people from the Westboro Baptist Church out of Topeka, Kansas have announced their plans to picket the funerals of both Tucker and Menchaca. | #38 There is one fallen Marine's family suing that gang of inbred idiots in Federal court for defamation during the funeral. Two of the family's lawyers served in Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan and are doing it pro bono because they are so disgusted by those maggots. They've got a website for donations and/or how to contact your representatives to pass laws to make this kind of harrassment illegal. Their goal is to bankrupt that pathetic piece of shit and his grotesque spawn. They also hope to inspire others to file civil lawsuits against that vile crew. I wish them all the luck in the world. |

I love our freedoms of expression, but maybe it's time to prevent these type activities where the dead can't defend themselves. It shouldn't be allowed in or around the cemetery. How dare them. It just doesn't make any sense to me So the money that is collected by this group is paying for the trip? So much for helping the poor and homeless. | #35 greatest strength is always the greatest weakness. Sue them, then sue them somemore. Nobody can do everything perfect. It shouldn't be too hard to trip on the steps to their church, get whiplash from a a "car accident", endless harassment, or all the other ways the sue people do it. |

| #33 #13, there are indications in that Missouri case that upwards of 17 different people shot that individual. Everybody in town joined in on the party, and the Missouri State Police and FBI have NEVER made an official suspect announcement or arrest in the case. And if you knew the history of the scumbag that got whacked, he earned every bit of it. Towns can get rid of trash if they really want to. |

They stand in front of them in clown suits performing for them, or beside them mimicing them and imitating them silently. Any cop comes along, say your're part of their protest. If they can protest there, they have no right to demand that others doing the same be segregated fomr them while expressing their opinions. Be sure to get especially gay mimes (not too difficult to do I bet). If its one thing Phelps type cannot abide, its being made fun of, directly. Theylive off the anger and hatred. Laughter tears them a new one, especially derisive laughter. Kinda like Scientologists. This is, of course, in addition to the Patriot Guard Riders and AL and VFW efforts. |

However, I'm sure 'mom' is correct and these people know just how far they can push the law - but there are limits, and I truly hope these 'people' find out what that limit is, the hard way. |

| #2 And from the Patriot Guard: The PGR have been invited by the family of Pfc. Kristian Menchaca to attend the services for this hero. The funeral is scheduled for Wed. 28th June at 1000hrs. The service will be at the Brownsville Event Center at, 1 Events Center Blvd. Brownsville Texas. May we all bow our heads on Wed at 10:00. As of now this is all the information we have, but the mission is a go and staging plans are in the works and will be posted as soon as they become available.
