| Al-Aqsa: We kidnapped a soldier in the West Bank |

| Al-Aqsa Martyr's Brigades, Fatah's military wing, issued a statement claiming that their operatives had kidnapped a soldier from the Border Guard Police in the West Bank. The statement also contained the name of the allegedly kidnapped soldier. The IDF is currently investigating the claim. (Ali Waked, Efrat Weiss) |

Michael Medved suggested that the Israelis should announce a policy under which they would irrevocably reclaim one square mile of Gaza or the West bank for every terrorist act against them (every rocket, every kidnapping, every attempted homicide bombing, etc.). In a few years they'd have pushed the Paleos right out of the country. |

| #5 The Israelis should invade the West Bank, they should just mark off a big piece of it, and declare it to be the new Israeli border, their new policy of land confiscation for criminal acts. When the construction crews show up to build a wall around it, I bet the Paleos would release that soldier real quick. |
