Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama wants to change the government's formula for giving states money for homeland security, with the early voting states getting a little extra. |

#2 I'm curious as to how one justifies reducing the security funding in the nation's capitol. Given historical events, I would think that DC is a primary target for any terrorist attack. Then again, as a resident of the District of Columbia, I have a vested interest in making sure it doesn't get attacked again. |
