| Any Moroccan peacekeepers found guilty of sexual abuse or exploitation in Ivory Coast will be sent home and punished under the laws of their country, the United Nations said Sunday. Where any reasonable court will deny jurisdiction as the crime did not occur within its territory. |

| #3 Nimble, US law makes it illegal for a US citizen to travel to a foreign country for the purpose of having sex with someone underage; you might want to look up 'sex tours' on Google. Well, maybe not. But there have been lots of junkets to Thailand in the past, mostly from Japan. |

| #1 Hopefully they will be returned to Morocco after their government has been notified that they are "homosexuals." That might have a different outcome. |
