| Militants beheaded a civilian in a remote mountain village in Jammu and Kashmir's Ramban district late Wednesday night on suspicion of being an informer of the security forces. Four militants barged into the house of Mohammad Ibraham, 45, in Sumbher village in Ramban, about 180 km north of Jammu, late in the night and dragged him out. 'The militants beheaded Ibraham,' said Basant Kumar Rath, superintendent of police, Ramban. |
