He said this while addressing a ceremony held here on Friday under the banner of the Women Employment Programme (WEP) organised by the International Rescue Committee (IRC). Under the WEP, the quake-affected women of Kashmir and Mansehra are being given multiple vocational training, including embroidery, at the IRC centres so that they could respectably earn livelihoods for their families and contribute in the rehabilitation process in the affected areas. |
