| #4 $60 million will buy a lot of asphalt, but I don't think it'll be enough to pave the entire area. Don't need to blacktop the entire area. Can't park on inclines greater than a certain degree. Obviously, terracing is not included in the package. Just do the arable land which should remove the incentive for nearly everyone to stay other than smugglers and other potential landscape enrichers. |
