| #3 If I understood correctly, the razor wire is on top of the Olympic-record height wall, which would discourage many would-be escapees. The smart ones, anyway. |

| #2 The menÂ’s pole vault record is 6.14 meters, or a little over 20 feet. The prisonÂ’s walls are 20 feet. It's a motivational tool! If someone manages to escape, then, he will have broken the olympic record. One mored medal for the USA! |

| #1 Feh! Top the exercise yard's walls with extremely high voltage electric fencing and the entire escapee problem would solve itself within a week or two. |
