| #2 How about a "joint training venture" with some of our spooks, er... submariners. (and take a look at that sucker and its capabilities). |

| #1 Good move for India. If they are going to have a future in nuclear power, they need people experienced in nuclear power plant operations. I wouldn't even put torpedoes on it, I would just use it for a training platform. |
