#3 I can think of a lot of things China could provide in exchange that would keep AL Queda quiet. Semi-autonomy to the Xianjang region isn't gonna happen but it would certainly be a huge feather in Al Queda's cap. Political coverage in the UN to make life difficult for the West in Afghanistan and Iraq and other places. If there really is a sucessfull truce I'm gonna have to wonder what the Chinese put on the table. |
