North Korea has handed over key records sought for months by United States in disarmament talks, the Associated Press reported Thursday, quoting a senior State Department official. Technical logs from a reactor used to make bomb fuel were handed to a visiting U.S. diplomat Thursday in Pyongyang, the report said.
The official spoke on condition of anonymity to describe the meetings between U.S. envoy Sung Kim and North Korean officials, the AP said.
