| #2 Because as the article says, this is for EFPs, and adds 5,000 pounds more weight. That makes MRAPs so heavy that they cannot be used in many places. Also, if the EFP is properly made, it will kill an M-1 Abrams which has several TONS of Chobham armor on it. |
