Ma'an – Three Palestinian citizens were injured on Saturday in a fight between the Hamas-affiliated de facto government's police and the members of an Islamic group called Ahl Al-Kitab Wa As-Sunna (followers of the Qur'an and the Prophet's teachings) in the northern Gaza Strip.Palestinian medical sources told Ma'an that three injured people were hospitalized at Kamal Udwan Hospital.
For his part, the spokesperson of the de facto Interior Ministry in the Gaza Strip, Eyhab Al-Ghusain, denied that any shooting took place in the northern Gaza Strip.
Islam Shahwan, the spokesperson of the de facto government's police, said that the police dispersed a clan-motivated clash in the area without any casualties. He denied that the police opened fire on Palestinians.
