#5 well an ISRAELI human rights group has already gone to court to keep them from being sent back. Of course THEY have no problem acknowledging that Hamas tortures opponents. |

#3 Interesting situation here for the 'human rights' community. On one hand this seems a good opportunity for them to blame Israel for violating International convention. However, to do so requires acknowledging that Hamas will torture or kill political opponents. |
