| #2 India has a health minister who loves the limelight and going to conferences on sexy topics like smoking, AIDs and rights of homosexuals etc. He is probably looking at a nice comfortable retirement with an NGO of his own. Meanwhile, more urgent health problems like child malnutrition, malaria etc are neglected by his ministry |
