Afghanistan = 155 Iraq = 226 Total = 381 Chicago murders = 508 Note: Iraq numbers are only KIA and do not include deaths due to accidents or illness. Afghanistan numbers include all deaths regardless of cause. |

| #8 It's not in the stats but other studies have indicated that up to 50% of murder victims are themselves felons. |

| #6 2005 Justice Department stats for murders White on White = 43.7% White on Black = 4.5% Black on Black = 32.3% Black on White = 17.7% Balance is other combinations = 1.8% Note: 13% of the population account for 50% of the murders. Again the Hispanic percentages are included in the white statistics. |
