| #5 Gee, I can think of something the gov can do that will keep several hundred billion $ in the country. Let the money circulate a few times in a year and there is your trillion $ worth of demand. |

| #1 The One warned in his speech to the nation that the economy would lose “about a trillion dollars worth of demand this year and a trillion dollars of demand next year given the contraction in the economy?” Given the current GDP, wouldn’t that be close to back-to-back 10% economic declines? Isn’t that the most common definition of a “textbook” depression?” Just saying.... |
