[Geo News] Awami National Party (ANP) Chief Asfandyar Wali Khan has demanded of the government to make Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) part of NWFP. Briefing the media here on Thursday, Asfandyar Wali said government's writ has to established in FATA to ensure normalcy in NWFP. He demanded of the Federal Government to stretch NWFP's boundaries to cover the tribal areas and in this connection its representation should be made in the provincial assembly. The ANP Chief said the annulment of 17th amendment cannot guarantee resolution to the country's problems. The issues be resolved through ensuring supremacy of the Parliament instead, he added.
