| [Maghrebia] Algeria passed a cybercrime bill on Wednesday (July 8th), APS reported. The ICT legislation criminalises computer hacking, stealing personal data and intellectual property and operating terror-related websites. |

| #1 Actually, most modern states have laws against harassment, stalking, genocide advocacy, etc. I don't see the need for specific reference to the internet. |
