Media Malpractice: Tom Brokaw's world implodes

Read the whole thing. Then consider whether it's time for you drop a couple bucks (if you can) to Fred, to Jim Holt at Gateway Pundit, to the Pajamas Media folks or to the alternate media of your choice.

And maybe show up at your local Tea Party, send a clear message to your Congresscritters via mail or phone or find some other way to take our country back from the hands of these sumbiches.
Heads up, y'all. lotp is to"sumbiches" as Marine master sergeant is to @&*$)?!!!!**%$##??!!!!! (No, Nimble Spemble, I don't actually know the words that the symbols represent.)

I'm stealing that. ;-p

#9  Perhaps it would be better to refer to the MSM as the DM - Dinosaur Media. Or maybe "Ulterior Motive Media". For certain it's nothing less than a branch of the entertainment media, it's just that many of the particiants haven't figured it out yet and are just tools. "Main Stream Media" implies way more credibility than they deserve.

#8  PJ costs $5.00 a month.

If you can, send them $5.00 and Fred $5.00 (or $10, or more).

#5  So, why is the MSM composed of conglomerates of businesses not subject to the same standards of truth and content by the FTC that they demand of every other business, given that these are clearly businesses engaged in interstate commerce [which has been the massive loophole exploited for all sorts of federal regulation regardless of the writ of the Constitution.]? /rhet question

#4  Oh, and one bit of media malpractice and the media creatures who abetted it - the sliming of Barry Goldwater? Daniel Schorr, who was one of the minor media creatures so indicted - is still propped up in a cozy booth at NPR ...or he was, the last time I listened. God help us, he is, or was kept around as their institutional memory and inspiration.

#1  A scathing, blistering indictment--and he doesn't even need to bring up the "fake but accurate" memos to make his case.
