 Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has postponed talks in Germany scheduled for today until next year after coming down with a fever.Mr Mark Regev, a spokesman for Mr Netanyahu, said the Israeli leader, 60, was not seriously ill but his doctor advised him to rest at home.
