| #5 Iblis, because the bad guys don't wear uniforms, and because it is better(*) for Americans to die than to shoot a noncombatant, we have to be absolutely sure that they are actually bad guys. Apparently shooting at a helicopter is not enough to convince the lawyers of the bad guys' evil intentions. * - in Obama's and the left's eyes, that is. |
