| [Ma'an] The National Resistance Brigades, the armed wing of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, claimed responsibility for firing three mortar shells on an Israeli military post east of Rafah. The brigades said in a statement that "the shelling comes in response to the Israeli attacks on Gaza [overnight Thursday] and a as confirmation of continued resistance against the Israeli occupation." |
